Legacy All In Frequently Asked Questions
Legacy All In App
What is Legacy All In?Legacy All In is Legacy Sports' invitation-only athlete development platform. It gives your athlete a weekly plan built by their Legacy coach, tracks the work they complete, and keeps development moving between clinics, tours and events. Every plan inside it is assigned by a coach for your specific athlete. How does my athlete get access?By invitation only. Once your athlete has attended a qualifying Legacy clinic or event and been onboarded by our team, they receive an email invitation with a link to set up their account. If you were expecting one and it hasn't arrived, check junk or spam first, then contact us.My athlete can't log in. What do I do?Try these in order: confirm they're using the exact email the invitation was sent to, use the "forgot access" link on the login screen, check junk or spam for the reset email, then try a different browser. If none work, submit a question, choose "Logging in or app access," and mark it urgent.Do I need my own login as a parent? No. Parents don't log in. You receive the Legacy All In Weekly Review by email each week instead — what your athlete completed, what their coaches said, what they're working on, and what comes next. Everything you need is in that email. What device does my athlete need?Any modern phone, tablet or computer with a web browser. Legacy All In is built mobile-first, so it works well on a phone. There's nothing to download from an app store.
What is the Weekly All In Review?A short Sunday email summarising your athlete's week: how many assigned actions they completed, the work they finished and why it matters, what they accomplished, parent-visible notes from their coaches, their current focus, their next step, and one way you can support them. It reads in under a minute. Why doesn't it show everything in the app?Deliberately. Private athlete reflections and internal coaching notes stay between your athlete and their coach — they're part of the development process, not a progress report. You see everything that helps you understand and support your athlete, without changing how honestly they engage with their coach. The completion count looks wrongTwo usual causes. The review covers Monday to Sunday, so anything finished after Sunday evening appears in next week's email. Or the session was tapped "save for later" rather than "mark complete," which keeps it open. If it still looks wrong, let us know. Can I stop receiving it?Yes — use the preferences link at the bottom of any Weekly Review. Opting out has no effect on your athlete's account, plan or coaching.
What is Pelotero URS?The Universal Rating System is an objective, verified player rating produced by Pelotero. It rates athletes from 0 to 1,000 using timed and measured performance assessments rather than opinion. Pelotero URS is the only testing layer Legacy uses at events.Who calculates the rating — Pelotero or Legacy?Pelotero. Not Legacy. We display your athlete's rating exactly as Pelotero issues it, with its source and event date. We don't adjust it, re-weight it, re-band it or recalculate any component. What does the rating measure?Four components, each rated out of 1,000: Hitting Mechanics, Hitting Power, Running, and Fielding & Throwing — which combines an overall fielding rating from Fielder Pop Time and 5-10-5 Pro Agility with an overall throwing rating from arm strength and throwing velocity. Is a lower rating a problem? No. A URS rating is a starting point, not a verdict. Its value is being objective and repeatable, so your athlete's next result can be compared honestly against this one. We're not measuring them against other athletes — we're measuring them against themselves. When does my athlete get retested? At qualifying Legacy clinics, tours and events. Each new verified result is added to their history in the app, so you see genuine change over time rather than a single snapshot. Upcoming dates are on our events page.Does a higher rating guarantee opportunities? No. URS is a measurement tool. It doesn't guarantee selection, exposure, scholarships, recruitment or professional outcomes, and neither Legacy nor Pelotero makes any such promise. What it gives your athlete is an honest picture of where they stand and a clear focus for improvement.
What is the All In Mind score?A Legacy-created development score measuring consistency, commitment and connection — how reliably your athlete completes their assigned plan, submits required check-ins, prepares properly, and engages with their coaching team. It's displayed from 0 to 1,000, based on the last 28 days.Is Mind part of the URS rating? No. Legacy All In Mind is a Legacy development score. It isn't part of the Pelotero URS overall rating, isn't issued by Pelotero, and doesn't alter any URS value. Think of URS as what your athlete can currently do, and Mind as how consistently they're doing the work to improve it.Why does it say "Building your athlete's score"?Because there isn't yet enough activity to produce a fair number. Showing a low score from two or three data points would tell you something misleading. It appears once there's enough completed work, check-ins and coach connection for the result to be meaningful — usually within a few weeks.Does Mind affect selection or standing? No. It's a development and accountability tool for your athlete and their coach. It isn't a ranking, isn't compared against other athletes, and isn't used for selection.
How much time does the plan take?Typically three to four assigned actions a week, most taking 15 to 30 minutes. The plan is built to fit around school, club training, tournaments and family life — not to compete with them. What if we miss a week?Nothing breaks. Exams, illness, tournaments and family commitments are normal. Your athlete's coach can see completion patterns and will adjust where needed. A missed week isn't a failure — an abandoned month is worth a conversation, which is what the coach relationship is for.Should I coach the drills myself? No, and please don't feel you need to. Support the habit, not the technique. Ask what your athlete is focused on this week, ask what their coach said, help them find the time, and celebrate consistent effort over game results. The coaching is our job; making space for it is where you make the difference.Who assigns the work?Coach Rixon leads development execution — training plans, skill work, movement focus and weekly assignments. Coach Trent leads mentorship, mindset, preparation and pathway guidance. Both write parent-visible notes that appear in your Weekly Review. My athlete says they're confused about a drillHave them use the check-in inside the app and say so honestly. That flags it straight to their coach, who can clarify or adjust. An honest check-in is far more useful than completed work your athlete didn't understand.
Where do I find upcoming clinics and tours? On our events page. Relevant opportunities also appear periodically in your Weekly Review. How do I book or pay for an event?Through your usual Legacy Sports booking channel — not through Legacy All In. The app is for development, not transactions, and holds no billing information. For bookings, invoices or payments, contact register via website directly.Who can see my athlete's information?Access is strictly limited by role. Your athlete sees their own data. Their assigned Legacy coaches see their coaching information. You receive the parent-safe Weekly Review. No family can see another family's information. Can I request my athlete's data or its deletion?Yes. Submit a request and choose "Something else," or contact the Legacy team directly.
